“Recovery from trauma is a journey. Trying to make sense of the senseless can at times seem senseless. But I believe one can find meaning in their pain. I believe the trauma does not have to control you.”

Our tele-health counseling services span many areas, with a focus on addressing trauma that has incurred in your life and how that trauma has manifested itself in your life. We will slowly build a relationship based on trust to build a foundation to peel back the layers of self protection that was needed to survive, but is no longer serving you.

She will ask why you are seeking therapy to make sure she offers what you need. She will also ask what you are looking for in a mental health therapist, as she believes that your relationship with the therapist is of the utmost importance.
She believes that wounds were caused in a relationship and therefore need to heal in relationship, and left untreated, can manifest themselves in other physical and emotional manifestations.
